    • Biography:

Dr. Vaught was raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (as an Alabama fan), and recived her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1994. When she decided to go to veterinary school, there was only one choice for her- Auburn University. It took a week to teach her to say "War Eagle". After that first week she fell in love with the community, the campus, and the football program, and has been an Auburn fan ever since.

Upon graduating Dr. Vaught practiced in Florence, Alabama for 6 years. Dr. Vaught's family was from Athens, therfore, the North Alabama area felt like home. She is excited to be working in a clinic that emphasizes quality care for its patients and great communication with their clients

The Animal Care Clinic is especially fortunate to be able to make great use of her great experience and surgical skills. Dr. Vaught is a dynamic member of the veterinary staff and we appreciate her continued contribution to making the Animal Care Clinic great! We all look foreward to her long and successful career at The Animal Care Clinic.
